Grandma, unpredictable and out of her mind, has escaped from Durkee in Mexico and is now scrambling through the city streets, desperately trying to evade capture. To avoid being caught and sent back to the asylum, she must cover a certain distance. However, she’s not only pursued by orderlies armed with straitjackets but also faces a series of challenging obstacles—sharp corners, holes, fences, and other tricky hurdles lie ahead. As she navigates the bustling streets to escape the nurses, she also gathers gold coins along the way, adding an extra layer of excitement to her daring escape.
